Nick and Sharon Giannini want to thank all our fabulous customers here at Sapphire. We have enjoyed servicing your memorable events for the past eight years. 

Due to the sale of the Golf Course they will no longer be doing weddings at this Facility. The Gianninis have opened a new boutique restaurant in Lancaster on Lancaster Boulevard.  The new restaurant is named "Giannini Bistro and Grill".

The Bistro has a brand new banquet room that can accommodate up to 50 guests.  It is a wonderful space for rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers as well as your business meetings.  The banquet room is fully equipped to meet all your needs.

Off-premise catering will also continue be provided, so do not hesitate to call for quote at another facility.

All existing 2009 events will continue to be serviced by the Gianninis personally.  We are looking forward to seeing all the wonderful brides on their special day!
